Do you need my actual jewelry to create the HD products?
Not at all. All that we ask from you is, to submit to us 7 clear images in different angles a piece taken from a camera or even your smart phone. From there, our Team works with your images to create your jewelry.
How long does the entire process generally take?
Generally speaking, the setup stage (signing the contract, as well as discussing all details of the project) can take about a week. Then after that, we get the deliverables to you in 1-2 weeks. Keep in mind the timeline can vary depending on the size of the project.
Am I able to get custom sizes of the files, opposed to the size you guys offer?
Of course! Although certain sizing will come with extra costs. If you are interested in inquiring about prices for custom sizing, send us an email via the 'CONTACT US' page.
Could you create different versions of my jewelry, even if I don't have it in my inventory?
Yes. We offer different metal colors, stone colors and stone shapes for your pieces, at an additional cost.
Is there a minimum number of pieces I have to commit to, to get started?
We offer different package deals, if you are interested in finding out which package suits you best, checkout our 'PACKAGES' page or contact us and we will have an account manager help you decide which package fits your budget.
Once the project is finished, how do I retrieve my files?
In the final stages of your project, we will send you a link that grants you access to a private Google Drive folder that contains all finished renders of the files you purchased. From there, you have the liberty to save and download all files.
Do I own my files?
You will not own the CAP files that we produce in the earlier stages of your project. However, you will own the final .JPEG, .PNG and .MOV files. You will have the liberty to download and use the files as you please.
Do I need special software to have the video work on my existing site?
Not at all! Our videos are given to you in .MOV files. This way, the files are simple and easy to upload right on your website. Not only will your videos be easily uploaded, but as .MOV files your videos are crisp, clean and in stunning HD.
Do you give bulk discounts?
Certainly! If you decide to do a large project with us, depending on the number of pieces, we will give you what we call a "Quantity Discount".
Can you match the background color to my website on the still imagery?
We can match any color you desire for the background of your files. Just supply us the color code and we will do it for you!
